  • What types of badges are available?

    Please check our website to have your benefits. There are 3 kinds of badges you can apply for. Type ; Guest , Jeonju Project Market (JPM), Press. In the menu [Information], you can see benefits we provides by types.
  • I didnt receive a confirmation e-mail. / I deleted a confirmation e-mail. What do I do?

    You will be notified of approval status within 3 business days of submitting the application.
    If you do not receive an e-mail within 3 days, please contact the person in charge.
    Before calling to inquire about e-mail, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
    We will send a rejection e-mail for those who are not eligible for registration. There is no payment page in a rejection mail.
    If you do not receive approval/payment email or D## it by accident, please contact to person in charge(063-280-7919) or send an e-mail(badge@jiff.or.kr).
  • When can I register? What are the fees for Badges?

    2nd Registration : 2018. 4. 1 ~ 4. 13 18:00 (KST) / 50,000 KRW
    On-Site Registration : 2018. 5. 3 ~ 5. 12 / 70,000 KRW

    On-Site Registration : 2018. 5. 3 ~ 5. 12 / 30,000 KRW


    You can not make a online payment with credit cards issued in a country other than Korea. Please pay your service fee at the Guest Center during the festival period. The service fees vary by the registration period.
  • What kind of supporting document do I need to submit?

    1) For Guest/JPM
    You must submit one of the following document to prove that you are a worker in the film industry.
    A certificate of employment issued within 3 months.(Must be with a signature from the representative and the date of the issuance. Business cards and your company badges are not accepted)
    In case of a newly registered company(organization), the company profile and list of recent film-related projects are also required.
    Filmography and a proof of your participation in film production/promotion/distribution/Investment(i.e. KMDB link, captured image of the ending credit, ect.)
    2) For Press
    You must submit one of the following document to prove that you are a worker of certain press.
    A certificate of employment issued within 3 months.(A Certificate with a signature from the representative and the date of the issuance.)
    An article written by you(within the past year)
    Business card
    Membership information of Association of journalists or film critics
    Due to the festival policy, personal information you submitted in the previous years is discarded. Make sure to attach up-to-date supporting documents.
  • When will I receive a confirmation after submitting an application?

    Your application will be approved by the festival after reviewing the attached supporting documents.
    You will be notified of approval status within 3 business days of submitting the application.
    If your application is approved, we will send a confirmation e-mail linked to the Ragistration page.
    If you do not receive approval email or D## it by accident, please contact the person in charge(063-280-7919) or send an e-mail(badge@jiff.or.kr).
  • What is the photo requirement for the application?

    Your photo is used for identification purposes and must be:
    - Taken in color
    - Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera including the top of the shoulders
    - Hat, Headphones, or Sunglasses are not allowed
    - Taken within the last 6 months
    - File format : JPG(jpeg)
    - File Size : 360(w)X480(h) pixels, at least 150~200 dpi, less than 1MB
    If an error occurs, please try again by changing the file name or using another photo.

  • Can I change my personal details after registration?

    If you need to modify your registration information, please contact the person in charge (063-280-7919) or send an email(badge@jiff.or.kr).
  • When&Where can I pick up my badge?

    Guest Center
    May 3(Thu) The Opening Day : 12:00 ~ 17:00
    May 4(Fri) ~ May 11(Fri) ~ 09:00 ~ 20:00
    May 12(Sat) The Closing Day : 09:00 ~12:00

    You can pick up your badge after confirming your identification. (Badge should be picked up by the person who will be using it, not by someone else.)
    Press Badge cannot be used by other person. You cannot your lend badge to others. Please remember to keep the badge with you.
  • I lost my badge. / I left my badge at home.

    You should be showing your badge when entering/ticketing. Please remember to keep the badge with you. If your badge has been damaged or lost, you can re-issue a new one at Guest center. There is a 10,000 KRW fee to issue a replacement badge.
